In 1989 Institute of Cybernetics of a name of V.M.Glushkov in Kiev has protected the PhD on a theme «Rollback-Recovery in the faulte-tolerant distributed systems»
In 1996 Institute of Applied Computer science has protected the thesis for a doctor's degree on a theme «Reports of synchronization of applied processes in the distributed systems of processing of the information»

1982-1985 Worked as the mathematician, the senior mathematician, the leading engineer, managing group in Computer centre BSU
1985-1989: Post-graduate student of Institute of Cybernetics of a name of V.M.Glushkov Нational Аcademy of Science of Ukraine
1989-1992: Worked as the chief engineer of the project, the main expert in Computer centre Baku State University,
1992-1996: Postdoctoral research fellow, Institute of Cybernetics , Kiev, Ukraine, Doctor of Technical Science, (information technology)
Since 1996 on the present works in the beginning as the professor, and then managing chair of the Information technology and programming Baku State University
Author of 1 monography, 8 manuals, 1 dictionary, 2 preprints, 4 methodical grants, 1 encyclopedies of computer science, more than 150 scientific works.
TEACHES THE SUBJECTS
Paralel and distributed calculations, distributed systems of processing of the information, computer networks and network operating systems, etc.
Under its management have been protected 10 candidate of science (PhD) and 1 doctor of science.
