1946 was born in Jabrail region of Azerbaijan
1953-1964 went to secondary school
1964-1969 entered and graduated from the faculty of mechanics and mathematics of BSU
1969-1971 served in the army
1971-1976 leading engineer-programmist in the institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan
1976-1993 chieef engineer in the Geology Committee
1993-1995 prezident of the INAS association
1995-1997, head of the Center of Humanitarian inverfigations and planning at the Parlement of Azerbaijan Republic
1997 fill now, works at the department of information Technologies and programming at the fakulty of applied Mathematics and Cybernetics of BSU
author of 4 articles, 1 patent
