He was born on April 15th, 1963 in Kazakh region.
1970-1980, he studied high school in Dash Salahli village of Kazakh region.
1980-1985, student of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, BSU.
1985-1989, worked as software engineer at ZMTU - Khazri.
1989-1993 worked at the Department of Mathematics of Physics Faculty, BSU.
1993-1999, voluntarily joined to Azerbaijan Armed Forces and served in different positions in army, involved in different war operations for Forces of Azerbaijan, Major and war veteran.
Since 2006 he has been working as a lecturer in the Department of Applied Mathematics at Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics at the BSU.
He is married and has two children.

He lectures on mathematical analysis, geometry and algebra.
