In 1973 he graduated from Kish village secondary school.
Married, has two children.
EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED
- In 1973, he was admitted to the Baku State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics.
- In 1978, he graduated from the Mechanics and Mathematics Department of BSU, defended his thesis on "Anharmonic Movement of Ideal Liquid in the Tube" (scientific supervisor - R.Y. Amenzadeh).
- In 1984, he defended his dissertation on the theme "Investigation of some issues of non-stationary thermoelastic waves propagation in the elastic-elastic environments" and received the scientific degree of candidate of physico-mathematical sciences. (Scientific supervisor - Professor IKiyko, Moscow State University, Moscow).
In 2005, he defended his dissertation on the subject "Mathematical Modeling of Mechanical Systems for Non-Stationary Foreign Impacts" on the specialty 05.13.18 - Mathematical Modeling, Numerical Methods and Software Complexes, and received a PhD in Technical Sciences.
In 2013, he received a professor degree in the specialty.
From 1978 to 1992, he worked in various positions from the Chief Laboratory to the Chief Designer at the Special Design Bureau of the Mathematical Modeling Institute of ANAS Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics.
From 1992 to 2017, he worked as laboratory assistant at the Institute of Management Systems of ANAS.

KEY FEATURES:
The most common mathematical model of the processes of non-stationary elastic-thermomechanical waves propagation in complex reanimated environments has been developed, mathematical models of reaction of mechanical and ecological systems to external influences, created in these environments have been created, important results have been achieved in the field of operational monitoring and long-term forecasting of quality and operational characteristics of technical facilities.
New theoretical models are developed for preliminary forecasting and management of possibility of self-similar structures with fractal characteristics, at structural changes of oil- gas saturation porous environments as a result of external non-stationary influences at replacement of residual oil by means of other liquids.
