Was born on June, 03 1959 in village Lejet of area Qusar. Per 1974-1976 studied in boarding school - school with a physical and mathematical bias of №1 Baku. Per 1976-1981 has received higher education in faculty mechanics - mathematics of the Azerbaijan State University. Family. Has two sons.
